New Member in Seattle
Hi, Everyone!
I am fairly new to BP, but have been listening to the podcasts for a while. I do blog about real estate, real estate investing and financial literacy at my Seattle Real Estate Investor blog, but until now, have not posted those on BP. (If there is an automatic way to post from Blogger, let me know. Otherwise, I will try to remember to do it manually).
I invest in residential and commercial property primarily in the city of Seattle, mostly a buy-and-hold strategy with seller-financing. I am a volunteer with the Real Estate Association of Puget Sound as Membership Chair. I am also the owner/broker of my own real estate firm Home Land Investment Properties.
After spending a 30 year career as a government arts funder, I am also partial to developing artist spaces, and enjoy working with artists to find affordable studio, work and live space in the city of Seattle.
