Hello, my wife and I finally bought a property on today's auction in San Antonio, Texas.

I use a local one for my AZ places and First American Home Warranty for a place I have in San Diego.It took awhile to figure out the 'local' market.  

I am hoping to get off the ground and start inspecting in and around San Antonio, TX as well as investing in rentals and flipping.I would love to hear what RE Agents have to say on what you are looking for in a Home Inspector and what you would recommend in terms of effective marketing to RE Agents.

I've purchased and sold 2 houses thus far, going to sell my 3rd now (08/2019), my goal is pull all the equity that I've accumulated in the last 9 years here in Austin and start investing in small multi-family properties and possibly single family also.Market here in Austin is extremely competitive, prices seems to be getting into the "unrealistic" phase and cash-flowing seems very difficult  borderline impossible - I've been looking and thinking about starting my real state journey out of state (much scarier, but it seems to make more sense), I've been looking into places like Kansas City - MO, Knoxville - TN, Orlando-FL and also some places a little closer to me like Lubbock/Houston/San Antonio.Any tips, advice and help...Please?!

Purchase price: $380,000 Cash invested: $5,000 After an NOS, bankruptcy, ( by seller) and 2 years of negociations, we closed on this 2 unit purchase in San Diego.

I moved to San Antonio from Fayetteville last summer. 

I'm sure there has to be a few reputable wholesalers in that area, it doesn't look far from San Antonio.

I'm a 26-year-old living in San Francisco and working as a software engineer.
