Same goes for foundation, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.I don't see any budget for utilities, and given that it's a 4-plex, I'd expect there to be some common areas (hallways, exterior lights, etc.) which would incur utility expenses that you'd be responsible for. 

But like the person above me said “no one checks” but i would tread lightly with that because of home owner insurance policies and liability issues.

The Bugs, the Filth and the Destruction are light years worse than anything a little kitty could ever do.

It's been updated to natural gas but the tank remains.
