You couldn’t get 4 decent hotel rooms for that.

So you can buy a property with an existing license or buy a property in the Hotel Zones that allow.

So to put eyes on property, figure in time away from work/family/etc. and also the cost of airplane tickets, hotels, etc. 

Why is it that none of these note conferences are ever held at a hotel whose mortgage debt was acquired by a note?

I am very close to having the place complete and it looks much nicer than a hotel.
