I literally did it yesterday so it is very fresh in my memory.

Finally, we knew there a number of improvements like a fresh coat of paint on the wood paneling, removing the popcorn ceilings, and small bathroom remodels, wouldn't cost us a lot of money out of pocket, but would provide us a modern appeal.

The old paint will need to be scrapped off and then it will need to receive a fresh paint job.Please let me know if you know of anyone who would be a good referral.

We thought about asking for:Records on reroofs or roof repairsRepairs done, such as a repair schedule (including but not limited to sewer, water, electrical, foundation, pest/tenting etc)When appliances were last replaced in each unit.Name and contact info on contractors, painters used on the propertyUtilities current tenant pays (trash, gardener, sewer, etc)Copy of current and previous leases of both units.

I have done research and continue to research but a fresh voice is always helpful. 

I own a seven unit garden style apartment building and I am looking for an introduction to a reliable handyman in the Greensboro, NC area. 

I think the city gives significant tax breaks to rehabbing old properties, so many people are tearing down to the foundation and building a "fresh" rehab. regardless, zillow has a bunch of lots available in some up and coming areas. 

Don't accrue more. a 200k salary fresh out might not be so accurate.

If the property is basically turnkey with a fresh rehab, you can stay lower.
