The other consideration I would think about when the conversation of leverage comes up is the equity you have in the property with the additional proposed leverage and cash flow of that asset with that much leverage.

@Quinn Olivarez what I mistakenly did was paid robert kiyosaki 288$ a month for their financial blueprint real estate course that turned out what they were teaching how they were teaching how they where showing to do things turned out it would be illegal for me to do.

Lastly I dont think folks understand that there is a huge supply issue and if everyone who went to a training actually went to work there simply is not enough RE to go around especially in the distressed asset space.
