A "double closing" , no.

I've been noticing that pricing is getting higher and higher in some cases same property asking price doubles within the days.

I can't imagine paying 1/2 that for just a sign that goes in the window....Maybe I'm missing something here.Also, with so much success they claim.... and not a single PICTURE of a finished product on their website.  

Our friends who make double what we do in income and spend all of it think we are crazy, in their mind there is no way you can raise a family on 70k in Montana.
