How do you guys offer deals?
I want to start getting investors and lenders for deals, when I find them, how do you guys present your deals? I had heard on the BP podcast about presenting in a nice and tidy binder/folder, but what info do you put on there and what should it look like? Photo of the property on front? Purchase price and estimated costs and cash flow and goals I'm assuming would be handy info, but what kind of layout?
