Hello BP Community - This question pertains to purchasing properties at auction and if you use an auction service (investment group that allows access to their website, data and checks title, etc.) or if you do it yourself through some other site that composites all auction data, such as PropertyRadar.I've bid on properties at auction in the past using an auction service and am considering doing it again.

I just want the data to be as accurate as possible so the legitimate companies thrive and the predatory companies die.For instance, here's an anonymized review snippit.  

without more detailed information i will give it a shot... yes many many list sources out there to buy. you can do some google data scraping (very inexpensive)or you can pick up the phone and dial for dollars.    

Hey @Allende Hernandez - nice work with cross-checking the tax delinquent status.I've heard this issue come up with a few other people over the past few months (specifically regarding the tax delinquent status not actually being up to date in their system, even though the data was pulled from a fairly recent date), but that's the first I've heard of the actual ownership being that far off... that is a little concerning.I think the accuracy of some counties is somewhat dependent on the county itself (because some counties are very good at providing current data, others are pretty bad).

They will also integrate the website that you currently have and whenever somebody does send you that email to get in contact with you, they have the ability to directly inform you but also place the information of the potential motivated seller in the data base for you.

Each month I manually pull data for a mailing list.

@Stanley Kong in many cases the seller is asked to sign a form that verifies the data is correct that has been input by the agent.

I haven't explored this site terribly much.
