Yea I asked him a couple times what he wanted but he insisted that I just give him whatever price I felt comfortable with which makes me want to low ball.

So I'm trying to take a step, any step, any piece of action to get the ball rolling in the REI court.

I am eager to learn the ins and outs of real estate and am reading The Millionaire Real Estate Investor, by Gary Keller to get the ball rolling.My goal is to own my first property by September 2016, and from what I have read and seen thus far a 'Buy and Rent' strategy sounds most appealing and an area I will focus on to start out.Although reading and learning about something is great, nothing compares to getting out there and doing it.

Most don't like them only because of the nature of the deals they're trying to get...pennies on the dollar or low ball offers.

And having a ball doing it. 

Not all sellers want to take a low ball offer for their property. 

It is currently listed at 227,000, but I know for a fact I can low ball and get them down to around 210,000 or so.It is in a very good location, close to sports coliseum and LRT station.

I am VERY ready to get the ball rolling with it, however feeling a little stuck in some areas.

So lets be honest, majority of houses that are sold on real estate websites, are either overpriced or just simply not worth their value. am curious is it bad to constantly low ball on prices for houses?
