It takes $14-20k per year to participate fully in datasources for most markets plus hours per week to see all the listings and movement.

All of their data is old and their skip tracing leads to nothing but dead ends.

I believe over the next 6 months to a year, you will understand why that is a very bad idea for inexperienced, under funded "investors".
