Are there any people that particularly come to mind?

After done renovations / repairs / maintenance on many many properties, I kind of know the price range of each job like painting, flooring, drywall, plumbing, electrical, AC, pest control, remove odor from old pet urine, mold remediation, cabinets, countertop, backsplash, appliances etc etc in my mind.

If you buy with multiple exit strategies in mind it is hard to go wrong there.

Also keep in mind, if you plan to use leverage in your investing strategy, checkbook IRA may get hit with paying taxes on UDFI.

But it is in the city of Lowell, right near downtown, so I assume there are a lot of people that wouldn't mind walking to work?
