If not, the two CPAs you spoke two are most likely wrong.

I don't want to give the impression your Realtor is doing anything wrong, I'm just saying do enough homework that you are educated in the process before you sign papers.

In my non-professional opinion a majority of the crimes happening there require you to be involved with the wrong people.

Newbie military investors (which I still consider myself to be one) really need to understand what may go wrong in real estate because they are in the military such as PCSing (especially shortly after arriving to a new area) and having strategies to deal with it, deployment/surge deployments (also something that us Navy folk call an Individual augmentee or IA), landlording at a distance or landlording in general, and overseeing rehabbing without being able to visit the job site on a regular basis. 

My logic,correct me if I am wrong, but if they can get done in a month or 2 verses us 6months.

Zillow gets the information from a variety of places...public land records, MLS pushes....but there is a good deal of information on there that is wrong.

Please dont get me wrong, the material is probably good.

Account ClosedI am at a office in michigan that's where i had signed up at kw this winter and got my sales license because i was thinking of doing some investing in the future in michigan. i am at a different  company in chicago since this is where i started but KW has great training i believe there is a KW nearby in o'hare area which might be a closer drive if i remember you can go to the training at other offices as well i could be wrong though.

Please correct where I am wrong or overlooking something.1.

By the way, I'm a newbie investor, so please forgive me if I'm thinking about this all wrong!
