May be other lenders that do it but your going to have to look hard.The job part you can get around, you would have to do a dscr loan and the rates are much higher being a foreign national and DSCR loan

Sometimes he mentions the larger national banks don’t try as hard to really qualify someone because they have a unique income source (investors) or that bank doesn’t do loans under a certain house value (maybe the neighborhood is lower value and a local community credit union might).

It took some searching, but I was able to find a national bank to do it - it was First Citizens.
