We advertise for sellers to call us, we buy from other wholesaler's, we make a ton of offers, and I attend a marketing session almost every month.

If there are any wholesalers in New England or in Florida (since we want to move down there in the next few months) that would be willing to show me how they became successful I'd like to talk to you.

We had already signed the contract with the wholesaler, although for the closing  we would like to have a legal opinion on our side.

Violent criminals, drug users, drug dealers, prostitutes, sex offenders, and many other criminals run a very high risk of offending again and I wouldn't want to expose my other tenants to that.

I plan to wholesale it btw.
