Just another newbie hoping to get feet wet in real estate investing, and trying to not get analysis paralysis.

The reason is, I would be able to get my feet wet in Real Estate while living in Colorado, yet be able to wholesale properties in Michigan (I am more familiar with the market).I would love to get any advice or hear anyone's story on how they got started in Long-Term Real Estate Investing or Wholesaling.

I haven’t officially started into the MTR market, but I definitely want to get my feet wet!

Hi All, I'm getting ready to get my feet wet with REI, but got a question for you all.

I am working to get my feet wet here in Salem, OR, gotta get a proof of funding letter, I'm in the process of that now, and a few wholesale deals here to get the cash flow to grow the business to where I can expand.

We are limited partners in a small MF investment out that way as well, so getting our feet wet.
