As real estate professionals, is it possible that we are creating unintended implied agency when we interact with people on this forum?

I look forward to interacting with everyone and immersing myself further in this great library of real estate information. 

I've read tons of books and watched a lot of training videos but I learn better by doing the critical day to day tasks for success.

It has hurt how I interact with others including my own wife.

You don't just want people to "see" your post, you want them to interact and click and give you their information. 

There are plenty of bigger pockets forum posts, articles, podcasts, youtube videos, blog posts, etc. about this topic--and I'm sure you can find even more if you google things like "how to analyze a rental property".  

I had a question for you, I have seen all of your videos and on the VA renovation loan, I am confused on the process.

I require that we text or email, then have a video call and a house tour video, all before meeting in person.

If you are serious about wholesaling, there are only about a hundred or more YouTube videos that you can start with and reference.
