I took pictures of all kinds of issues: damage to most of my new cabinets they installed, electrician replaced a bunch of new lights and fan I had a prior contractor put in, wood trim was installed poorly unevenly cut, drywall finishing looked terrible, the plumbing they roughed in didn't line up with the vanities they knew were there to be measured... among many other issues. 

And the method of investment has to be repeatable.

I already told him that with this method he will receive the most money possible for his property and why but he doesn't get it. 

Sure, they may make it look like you are doing better, by using 179 or other quick methods to depreciate your personal property, but then you lose that depreciation expense in future years. 

What is the best method to ensure they get that money back.
