There is a website called Outdoorsy you can rent out your RV for people to drive around for their travels.

For me, it's traveling workers with a per diem. 

@Daniel MoscosoBurning Bend is 5 miles from the Medical Center so maybe consider renting it out to traveling nurses/medical personnel.

Your on site, don't need to worry about travel or tools being Jacked!

Also like Tim mentions go to the club and meet with people that have experience who may have properties that they want to offload because they are at a different point in their life where 1000 / m isnt that exciting anymore but selling a property and traveling around the world for a couple years is.
