Are they suspected to be tracked differently somehow?

My ex came along in '97, and I went off the REI track.

Even if you personally tracked all listings, you'd have no idea what houses are actually selling for.

Totally lost track of time and realized way to late I may be doing this on my own this year.  

Hello Everyone,Can anyone recommend a free or cheap finance program to keep track of my Owner Financed Properties. 

I believe it's the tax assessor's office in both but if anyone has any info on other resources to track them down it would be appreciated.

I think you are on the right track when you say you want to be able to evict your tenant if he doesn't pay his rent - you don't want to have to foreclose on the property.  

Does anyone have a contact there or a way for me to track down how to buy it.  

I was thinking the same (i.e. income to rental and purchase pricing vs. non parity, in various cities and enclaves) with perhaps a disproportionate ratio of 'rentals' to home ownership... if that sort of data is tracked, and available online? 

Would look at the track record and experience of the purchaser for this type of business along with liquidity, net worth, and current debt obligations with expansion plans.
