Additionally, when you look back at the hopefully deeper recession in 2009/10, multifamily was the top performing asset class (maybe self storage, but that was not a widely recognized investment class at the time, per my research).

@Michael NevarezNot sure where you are located but in Florida, pulling a permit for construction work performed by others is punishable as a misdemeanor.
