Hi all, I have 2 nurses staying at my place, they initially signed a lease for 2months.

It does sound like there is a categorical difference in that evaluation versus staying relevant by keeping up-to-date with "must-haves" that are common among the top performers in your given market.

Most of our midterm tenants stay for 3-6 months (and actually some of our current MTR tenants in Colorado Springs are on an 18-month lease), so there's no need for cleaning every month. 

We own Prideaway Stays, which is a gay-owned, tech-driven short-term rental co-hosting businessfor homeowners and guests in Provincetown.

The county imposing a mandatory fee, deadline, and penalties, without even knowing what their own standards are, and with admittedly no intent to inspect and enforce, certainly smells disingenuous, to put it nicely.You're on the ground there, so you have more first-hand knowledge. 

However, I did not want to be too timid or stay too comfortable.

I'm not sure what capacity you want to learn whether it is for development or other uses but this is a quick guide I found that would help that's pretty official it's a little outdated but just like any development experience and knowledge helps.
