Gypo's had to log and then get paid from the Mill.I said BS to that we are going to pay for the timber up front.. and sell against those that can't close on the spot... not only did we show them the risk of dealing with someone with no money up front .. we got better deals on the timber because our sellers could sleep at night knowing they got paid before we ever fell a tree.
