Scaling slowly but without huge risk. 

Exciting times when you are growing and scaling up rapidly!

Because of the scale, there have been a lot of minor things that he did that are not bad, but aren't what we would have wanted.

As I said before this is not only my first multi-family acquisition but also my very first deal, EVER.I have done my research and I am combing the forums for other investors past experiences but I wanted to ask everyone that reads this, what sort of advice would you give me for things that I should be aware of and/or should look for on this scale of multi-family units?

@Stephen Seals Even more important than a book, is great software if you are trying to scale up quickly.

If I had one rental, I'd take on more debt to scale.

I've recently sold a smaller (duplex) property and ultimately plan to reinvest those proceeds in a larger property - probably 6-8 unit scale with preferred location anywhere from south of seattle through tacoma.   

I believe in scaling, but 10 x 0 = 0 haha so I totally agree with you.

One is typically tough to find but if you are trying to scale your business youll need a few and THAT is what is very very hard

Continue the education aspect and from there begin to think of ways to scale.
