But I do know that the area in the back of this home is going to be a very nice road because they are building a 300 unit structure in the area behind it (for student living/bars/restaurants).

It is free, the room is in the back and the only thing asked is to buy something from the restaurant/bar.

Then when a large local employer shut down, It took me six months to find a tenant.   

There is a new micro brew, new bar/ restaurant and a couple new restaurants that have opened up recently on or just off High Street.  

This community is nestled into a nice wooded setting and feels very comfortable and there are lots of restaurants, retail stores, Walmart and a Lowe’s a very short drive away.
