I just rehabbed and rented out two units in B+ class neighborhood for $1450 and $1400 respectively which gives me approx. $1400 p.m.

With respect to financed properties 5-10 this is a good way to continue cash out with potentially a higher leverage capability over strait purchase.

That being said, one of my co-workers, who happens to be from Taiwan, has been looking into investing and introduced me to the existence of international lenders who don't have such restrictions (though they're tougher in other respects).

With all do respect to everyone out there, I am not looking for opinions, but someone with actual legal knowledge as to the legality.  

I, however, like the  appreciation with the benefit of a landlord friendly environment.  

Now I am a kind, respectful landlord, but my tenants know I am in control and since that property, I have not had another tenant try to push the limits with me.

Actually if I could afford it I would knock 50$ off their rent, I have great respect for anyone law enforcement affiliated being a former military cop myself I know how hard of a job they have .

Our goal is early retirement at 44 and 42 respectively with me being able to quit in less than a year to tend to our investments and our family.The thing to remember is that investments can be work.

I found it again, and this time, I'm committed to turning it into reality.I genuinely respect the community you all have developed here and look forward to participating and getting to know you.
