Fortunately, we work a different shift which will allow me more time to focus on RE.I really don't even know how I came across BiggerPockets; I remember reading an article about live-in flips, and through clicking and reading, clicking and reading, and found myself here.  

I’ve read quite a bit about the demographic challenges that parts of the Maritimes face so I wouldn’t expect significant price appreciation in the foreseeable future, but I’ve always focused more on the cash flow and viewed any appreciation as a bonus.

I would like to provide value to others but ive been reading some information that certain lenders/escrow companies are starting to require people to use their own, in-house notary.Can anyone verify if this has been your experience? 

I have consumed so much of time trying to read and watch youtube videos on the residential side of things (to the point I think I am suffering from information overload and absolutely need to just DO it).

Ive read a ton of books and the only thing holding me back is capital.

I don't have experience with HML but it seems like it's often utilized in these scenarios based on what I read here.
