Thank you for setting me straight on that, since this is going to be my first time buying a house at all, random concerns tend to come to my mind usually when it's too late haha!

No way counties allow random people online to record stuff.Language and customs of DofTs/mortgages vary by state, so make sure yours looks right. 

Zillow Credit Scores are not only wrong, they are totally random!! 

Just the random thoughts of me here.

They had people living there illegally, and my other tenants took audio recordings  of them talking about random crimes and doing drugs, and then having a physical altercation with them in the common area.

A whole lot more innocent victims would have been caught in the crossfire and the tragedy would have been a lot worse (more dead and more going to prison).While I hate to worry about a gunmen coming into a theater and killing me and my family, it scares me more that a random person will be willing to accidentally kill my family to save theirs -- and they will be willing to do that.I've studied martial arts for much of my life (yes, I'm that guy that immediately knows all the exits when I walk into a room), but I'm realistic enough to realize that all the hero scenarios that go through my mind when I read about something like this will NEVER play out the way I (or anyone else) thinks they will.I always laugh to myself when someone is talking about a situation like this or 9/11 and says, "If I were there, I would have done something...things would have turned out differently."

If you just randomly put marketing out on a house you don't own or control somehow, then you are going to get popped for brokering without a license.Which is why I told you to get a contract or option signed by the homeowner before you start marketing that house.
