If the Broker is holding the money in trust it is an easy transaction to refund.

Highly recommend them and they're very easy to work with and can tailor to your needs from full hands on with all repairs to just managing and letting you deal with that aspect.

Nothing is easy.

Everywhere I look people make it sound so easy, but it is not at all especially if you don't have a lot of funds to invest.

I talk about how easy it is to get overwhelmed on BP and accomplish nothing because there is so much info and so many people telling you to do different things, and they all seem like the right thing to do :)

Fees should be clearly stated, easy to understand, and justifiable.

I could provide a move-in document that would have tenants e-mail me for non-emergencies and phone # for more urgent matters.On top of it all, I figure I can always just hire a PM at if this isn't as easy as I think it is... 

Finding one that fits my needs is not as easy as cold calling random firms in the area. 

More important to me is to see that people formulate a plan , invest with a purpose not just think real estate investing if something to lead you to easy street.
