My dividend account is invested in single company stocks (mostly dividend aristocrats).

If I need the dust to settle and stock up on my cash reserves etc then I'm probably leaving the rent "as is" for now......

There is a general principle that a lease of more than 30 years is essentially the same bundle of rights as a fee simple interest in the real estate itself. 

If the answer is 1, that is 0.1% conversion= BADIf the answer is 10, that is a 1% conversion = BADIf the answer is 500.. meaning, for every 2 people you reach you get one deal =BAD = LUCK= 50/50 I get it.. great odds.. but do not look at the odds, look at the principle of the system, It would still be based on sheer dumb luck!
