We are assisting our clients capture rental funds back in Northern and Southern CA and sometimes knocking on doors reassuring tenants that this is the way to prevent being evicted, showing good faith to your landlord,  if found to be miss leading us that they have made a bad decision and need to work to resolve the matter immediately because the only way the debt goes away is payment.

I am saying that being able to visit the property myself to investigate saved me several thousand dollars and saved from doing unnecessary damage to the structure and carpets.I've had several other serious maintenance problems due to using management companies in regards to maintenance and dealing with contractors.

I looked over the inspection report and set upAn appointment with a foundation specialist who crawled into the pier and beam foundation and told me the foundation was fine and he’d recommend spray foam insulation and a heater to prevent any more heaving of the ground during the winter which should be about $8,000.

@Samer Elayyan I would guess your lawyer and CPA would have a strong opinion on this, but generally, forming an LLC in Delaware is unnecessary overkill.
