I have been using a free one called vtiger.it has been going very well for me and my business.I do about 2-4 deals a month and it helps me track all of my projects and investments into those projects and to do lists etc. 

Hi yall, just came in San Antonio a couple of months ago and trying to connect with people, potentially to create a good team to work with for future investment! 

I hear of all these great profits that are being made investing in real estate that has a major “business” component, like small assisted living properties; rooming houses; sober living arrangements, etc.  

I understand that this is just a part of STR investing.

A couple of my investors are looking to invest in this particular market and just looking to get an idea of the average price per acre for large rural farmland properties.

Initial Investment: I have an available capital of $80,000.

A follow up question:Is it true that if Monthly rent is >= 1% of purchase price should be considered as a good investment and which does not meet this should not be considered for good investment?
