Locally we have formed a un-official BP networking group in Shreveport/Bossier.

You may have several entities for your rental properties to help protect your assets from potential lawsuits.My suggestion is to speak to an attorney, make sure the name(s) you want are available before officially picking, creating marketing materials, business cards, etc.

I spent Saturday morning driving (while listening to BP podcasts) the neighborhood that our city officials in Richland, WA and my partner want to invest in, making notes of which blocks are worth having rentals in and which blocks are only worth knocking down and rebuilding.

Look up the club website call several club officials to introduce yourself ask them what the meetings are like.

The thing is 1) I looked on the county web-site and his arrest is for gun posession2) The lease officially ends 8/1 and I don't think he realizes this whatsoever and we haven't talked about it.What to do, what to do.
