New investor in Charlotte NC
I currently work as a property inspector in the Charlotte area. I have been educating myself for about the last 6 months about wholesaling. I have bought and placed bandit signs and have spoke with some motivated sellers, but no deals yet.
I am looking to fill up my cash buyers bucket first, and need a good cash buyers intro letter, if anyone has one they can share. I am also looking to partner with someone in this area to possibly do a joint venture deal to get my feet wet.
I am taking classes at the local community college to get my real estate license. I hope to be able to bid on HUD homes myself, once certified. I really enjoy spending time on Bigger Pockets, great site!
