My partners and I started out with RentRedi but have had numerous problems in a short amount of time from tenants having trouble navigating and submitting payments to an unhelpful support team as well as long payment processing times (usually takes a week for initiated payments to hit our bank account.

You also don't have time to call 12324 people on the phone and get routed around for days to get a JV account set up because they don't know how to handle it without state filing information.I also needed some letters of credit and other things a few times and it took a United Nations resolution to get it done.
