I figured real estate would be a good place to start looking for problems that could potentially be addressed with software.

I am looking for any recommendations on property management software such as Cozy, Buildium etc. 

Some of the transaction management software is a good example, and I don't think the agents even know that the info is being sold.

I'm old school and just getting the hang of online rent payment software (awesome juice -btw), therefore, I didn't respond much to these solicitations.

You said you collect rent using an electronic format so I’m assuming software such as AppFolio or Buildium etc which can allow tenants to complete rental applications online and pay rent online.In your lease do you specify that all tenants must pay in an electronic format whether it’s perhaps signing up to a service like AppFolio and using that.
