Not sure when or what yet, but with the proximity to the Nine Mile Station, it might be worth looking into.As you go further south (Southland Mall area), the houses are newer, better schools, more appealing to renters, you will find houses in the low to high 400's.

For those of you who have not heard of the AV it is located about 87 miles north of Los Angeles.

My closest property is 2200 miles away from me.

. $18 is a stretch.Do some comps based on single family homes that sold within 5 miles of this place, you will probably see that it is priced high.

To be honest I've not looked at any real investments past Spencer, which is about 30 minutes south east of Poland.

I recently did the 4-unit house hack in the Los Angeles area (not as expensive as the Bay Area, but still up there), but I had to head 50 miles outside Downtown.
