Hello Friends,

My name is Deborah Clay. I am a Realtor in the Antelope Valley, in California. For those of you who have not heard of the AV it is located about 87 miles north of Los Angeles. I have been in real estate for about 22 years. I took a break from 2008- 2014. I Retook the RE exam in 2014 and have been working for a small firm since 2014. 

I joined the BiggerPockets community because the information is very educational and informative. I have also began investing for myself and my husband I love being able to look at real estate from an investor's view. 

My husband and I are interested in obtaining foreclosure, and short sale properties in Action, Palmdale, Lancaster, and Rosamond CA.
