This applies if they are out of work due to the virus though in some cases the government has programs to help.

@ Rebecca Ramos IHDA has program called I-Refi which is suspended for now.

The problem is, I am not aware of a lot of programs available to them.Can we start a running list of local/state-wide assistance and resources available to tenants?

How does this program work 

Our local REIA membership comes with a Home Depot discount so right now I am leaning that way.

These accrue to me anyway and not to the owner.I will be searching for government rent assistance programs.

We will have multiple properties becoming vacant at end of this month and I'm worried it will take a long time to get them rented but at the same time I have not heard any concrete plans to relief landlords via state programs. 

@Jonathan Farber I did go through a year long coaching program that really propelled me forward in my investing career.
