If you're really concerned with people doing work in there then remove the outlets and lights, it's no guarantee but will really cut back on prospects who are looking to use it for working on things.

She has to put it into MLS by Wednesday so all the media would pick it up and advertise by Sunday.Don't post it on CL - it's a sign on cheap flip or rental.Also, some marketing materials would help at the public open house.

New kitchen cabinets, granite counter tops, new stainless steel appliances, new fixtures throughout, new outlets and switches throughout, luxury vinyl plank flooring on first floor, carpeting on second floor, new vanities in all bathrooms, new toilets, 2” faux blinds throughout, new windows (more on that at the end), and a new water softener system.
