Hi, I recently found out about construction loans and it excited me at the thought that I could potentially build a custom home faster than I assumed.

I did a Zillow search to find the most reputable Realtor in the area, and persuaded him to meet me at the property. 

This was extremely concerning for me at the time but after discussing with my realtor and working with the seller they agreed to fix the issues caught by the inspector and give $5k towards the closing cost for the electrical work.We closed and I used the same people to list the property for rent, as quick as I could.

Sounds funky but I text a robot every day to remind me at specific times what task I should be working on.

For example, Call me at 3 am if your furnace goes out or the water line breaks then she should be a little paniced.

Foreclosure have all but dried up as well and the same investors are fighting for these like dogs over a bone (thus no meat left). 

Luckily, an attorney I worked with did this for me at no charge. 

Also with all the competition in DT seattle is there still a lot of "meat on the bone"?

The crime statistics don't bother me at all.
