EDIT: Let me add that I also look at the age of the property, trying to stay with properties built in the late 70s or later to avoid issues with lead base paint and cast iron plumbing.

Not sure this is the correct category - but i received a letter from a “Consumer Law Attorney” letting me know that “according to court records a foreclosure had officially been filed against you (me)” and that they were sending me a letter to help me.However i’ve never received such letter from any court and never even been late on any payments.

And I say that as someone that does think the ability to add density with ADUs is a great start, just like they commonly did in the late 1800s and early 1900s in every city that experienced major growth.Overall the solution to housing affordability is 15 years out.

If you are chasing appreciation, I think the NH seacoast has been doing well lately, but an agent/broker would have more insight there.Not sure any of that helps, but I think NH is a great place to live and invest, based on our recent experience here.

Off late ,I see lot of talk about 1% RTP is archaic and ain’t valid anymore ,are there still cash flowing markets that meet or beat this ?

They steal stupid stuff like people's flip flops. they party late into the night on weekdays. they behave as if residents are there solely to facilitate their good time and buttonhole them for information and directions when they're out walking their pets. they tailgate at the beach access because the hosts are too cheap to pay the association dues. they trespass on resident's property to fish and sightsee then become belligerent when asked to leave. etc etc etc.It really does degrade the character of the neighborhood and the experience of living here during the high season.
