I met her at Mc Donald before, had good feeling, signed a one month lease, unless agreed in writing otherwise, came back home with 2400 in my pocket + she wants to hire me $600 a month as her coach to help her build her business in Dubai, she is really cool intelligent 26 years old woman and maybe will start to hang out with us and come sailboat racing too... 

Have you looked into which office you will hang your license?

You'll need to find a brokerage to hang your license after you pass the exam.  

I prefer an attorney that will give me enough rope to do ground work,  legal basics,  etc, but can keep me from hanging myself. 

So I thought I'd turn to the more experienced folks on here for advice.Here are the facts:Purchased in 10/2005 for $209,900 (top of the market...hang on to your hats!)

and now I'm trying to figure out the best broker for me to hang my license.

I do my own marketing and bring in my own leads so I am looking for a brokerage that will allow to hang my license with a 100% commission.
