I've started a couple restaurant business, and even with great books and materials from BP, I feel out of my league.

I currently work at a restaurant and I would be really interested in attending an investors meeting and some sort of real estate internship.

After that, I traveled for a while as an operations consultant to small hotels and restaurants, and eventually set up shop doing what I did up until last week: operating a property management business managing vacation rentals listed on Airbnb and similar OTAs.

I will also plan to hold it at a casual restaurant of some sort so we are flexible for food, if anyone wants drinks, dinner after, whatever.

The only time you should be inside a restaurant is if you're working there.

One girl works at a restaurant, and the other is working part time and going to school part time (and pregnant).

Whats throwing me off is 1) It was built new and opened right before covid hit then shut back down, so there isnt much of a track record 2)there is a large commercial building on the property that serves as a store and a small deli style restaurant, and i would say neither are being run to their full potential (the owner would agree with that), but 3) the owner is willing to hold a large amount of paper on the deal. 

We also own 13 Subway restaurants in the area (and expanding with 11 more in other states this year), so will be using the commercial space as our offices. 

There’s room for more cabins but they need to get caught up on restaurants, entertainment and infrastructure. 

Our space would be centrally located in town and surrounded by local restaurants and Hotels.
