@Jessica CooperI have Wells Fargo near me (closer) but left them for chase as I have found sending ach and bill pay and the chase interface a lot better than wellsIf you have a local branch how they treat you can be a big deal.

If the deal actually does move to close, the seller would have to produce identification to the escrow closer or notary to verify they are the legal owner of the property (or they should).

@Joel Owens your AUV is a little on the low side - FY 2015 was more like 1.6M and new stores with the new branding and facade are trending closer to 2M.
