Renovation (if needed) Running and set up: $5k or less.Running cost include Gas , Propane, Materials for Reno and any fees that may come up for permitting and taxes on the land.I May be able to get the land on owner finance and just sandwich the payments. that will help keep costs down. also i already own several very nice mobile homes so we save there as well.My team and I can handle all of the renovations and set up we have experience in this.

You also need to check with the utility companies and get cost estimates from them for availability, fees, hookup charges, transformer and power line/power pole locations or relocation requirements, water, sewer,gas, cable etc You will need ball park cost estimates from site work contractors for site work, roads, installation of utility lines etc.
