Checklist for closing

Im a first time buyer and i have a few questions regarding closing -

Do we take cashiers check for down payment?

Do we need any cash in hand during closing?

Should we get gas/electricity prior to closing.

Who looks at the title and approves it to make sure there are no liens?

Any things to get from sellers prior or during closing?

Wondering if there is a good checklist for a smooth closing?
