Still got to 2nd coat paint interior and get cabinets and wood floors in next..So like anyone said, ANYTHING CAN HAPPEN...I wanted to finish by 8/1.Now I hope for 9/1 to relist and sell before winter hits...Best of luck...

I set up both ads to direct traffic to a webpage that I host myself -- with a detailed description of the unit, the neighborhood (including businesses within walking distance), photos of the outside of the property and of the individual rooms within the apartment, and a floor plan.
