This is nuts.

"Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day; teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime."  

There is amazing fishing, outdoor recreation, national parks, etc. all within reasonable driving distances.

The tenants pay the bills but I am most certainly not going to let them go nuts and ruin a property with keg parties or whatever.

There are no amenities such as fishing, laundry, showers, rec areas, etc, just pads approx 30x60, an electric pedestal, and water, with crushed rock.I have an idea to put some RV pads on the land I bought and rent them out.
