I would also say if you will be a repeat buyer and this broker/agent is bringing you really good deals  then maybe overlook it for the sake of the gain in the long run.If this is a one and done property and you are tapped out with cash and can't buy anything for a long time then you might fight the charge depending on what you signed.No legal advice.

This unit we are using is independent  - as opposed to being connected back to a central controller which allows you to programme/manage all baseboards from a single location  (these capabilities are available with fancier {read: more expensive}  thermostats).We have acquired several old buildings (Second Empire, Victorian, Edwardian, Georgian, etc) with electric resistance heating.

It was right next to the gleaming new Northridge mega mall and things were looking great for a while, but then they took a turn for the worse and as THIS story from the Milwaukee Journal explains, things got pretty rough in there for a while:http://www.jsonline.com/news/milwaukee/53312447.ht...Now they've been fighting hard to turn them around and apparently are having some luck and that complex is where the $7800 unit is currently for sale, so maybe it could turn into the buy of the decade!

Been creeping for a while but I'm in the market again so thought I'd enable my posting capabilities to see what the results would be :)I'm gainfully employed by day in the auto industry and have been investing in buy and hold residential real estate now for more than 15 years (wow I feel old), starting with a slum lord "2% rule" rental in downtown Kalamazoo which was my worst nightmare, but a great way to learn the ropes - lost $2,000 net net on that deal when I got out but it was a very cheap education.

My attorney is advising the seller's agent to get her own attorney to challenge the foreclosure but this seller is elderly and disabled with little means so I doubt she would fight it.
